1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or booking a junk removal service with ClearOut Co. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
2. Services
ClearOut Co. provides junk removal and hauling services across Broward County, Florida, operated by The Clear Out Boys. All services are subject to availability and a free, upfront quote. We reserve the right to decline items we cannot legally or safely transport, including hazardous materials, chemicals, paint, and asbestos.
3. Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the estimated volume your items take up in our truck. The final price is confirmed before any work begins. Pricing is valid for the date quoted and may change if the scope of the job changes.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled during our operating hours (Mon–Sun 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM). We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day availability is not guaranteed and depends on our schedule and your location.
5. Site Access & Liability
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the items being removed. The Clear Out Boys take care to protect your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden hazards, or conditions beyond our control. Please disclose any access issues (stairs, tight spaces, etc.) in advance.
6. Disposal, Donation & Recycling
We donate and recycle whenever possible. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party donation centers, recyclers, or disposal facilities once items leave our truck.
7. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it. All content on this site is the property of ClearOut Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
